1) PARTS
The Delimano Joy Chopper Pro contains the following parts for following functions:
Pic. 1 (see: PICTURES, Pic. 1)
1. Bowl
2. Blade assembly
3. Bowl lid
4. Motor unit
5. Power button
6. Whisk
2) BEFORE USE
Before using this appliance for the rst time, remove all protection and packaging before washing the bowl and blade assembly and dry thoroughly. All parts except motor unit are dishwasher
safe. Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth, do not immerse it in water.
3) USAGE
1. Place the bowl on at surface.
2. Assemble the blade set by sliding the top blade part onto the bottom part before locking it carefully by clockwise rotation (see: PICTURES, Pic. 2)
3. Place the bottom part of the blade set or whisk over the shaft in the bowl.
NOTE: Be careful not to touch the blades as they are extremely sharp.
4. Place the ingredients in the bowl and chop them according to your preference or suggestions in table 1.
5. Align and lock the bowl lid onto bowl by trotating it in clockwise direction. Place the motor unit onto the bowl cover. Note: For your protection, this unit has a lid locking system, the unit
will not operate unless Lid is securely locked onto the bowl. Do not attempt to operate the unit without locking the lid in place.
6. Press and hold the pulse button to process.
Note: Avoid running the motor continuously for period over one minute. The longer the continuous pulse, the ner the texture. For coarsely chopped foods, use short pulses.
7. Be sure the blade set stops rotating completely before unplugging the device and removing the motor unit. Remove the motor unit and grab the balde set before carefully lifting it out
of the bowl. Remove the bowl and empty the processed food.
NOTE: Do not use bowl for storing food.

FOOD TYPE PREPARATION HINTS
Bread fresh, toasted or stale Use 1 slice at a time, torn into several pieces.
Fruits and vegetables
• Canned
• Cooked
• Fresh
• Drain up to 100 g and process 15 seconds ON 1 minutes OFF until pureed as desired.
• Use up to 100 g plus cooking liquid as needed and process ON 15 seconds OFF 1 minutes until pureed is desired
• Pulse or process up to 100 g chunked fruits or vegetables ON 15 seconds OFF 1 minutes until desired chop is reached.
Parsley and other leafy herbs Wash and dry thoroughly then pulse or process up to 120 g ON 15 seconds OFF 1 minute until desired chop is achieved.
nuts Pulse or process up to 100 g ON 15 seconds OFF 1 minute until desired chop is reached.
Cookies, crackers Pulse or process up to 120 cookies or crackers ON 15 seconds OFF 1 minutes until desired chop is reached.
Fresh beef or pork
• Cut into 60mm*20mm*20mm bulk • Pulse or process up to 60 g: ON 15 seconds OFF 1 minute until desired chop is reached.
4) CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1. Always disconnect the device from the power supply before cleaning.
2. Wash the bowl, blade assembly immediately after use either with warm water or in the dishwasher.
3. Wipe o the motor unit with a damp cloth - do not immerse it in water.
NOTE: Do not use chemical, steel, wooden or abrasive cleaners to clean the unit to prevent the gloss loss.
5) TROUBLESHOOTING

Blade Has Stopped Spinning 1. Blade is Jammed

1. The blade may be jammed by food. Do not exceed the maximum capacity of the blender
(marked on bowl)

Chopper Leaks 1. The lid is not properly attached to the plastic
container
2. There are cracks in the plastic container or lid
1. Before you check, unplug the device. Make sure the plastic lid of the chopper is locked
into place. This should prevent contents of the chopper form coming out.
2. Unplug the device and remove the contents of the container. Take out the blade and

replacement.
Chopper stops suddenly
during use
1. Chopper becomes unplugged during use
2. Food is jammed between the blade
1. The chopper must be powered in order to function
2. Unplug the device and remove the food obstructing the blade. Remove blade if
necessary.
