IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
The safety of electrical appliances from FIRST
Austria complies with the recognized technical
directives and legal regulations for safety.
Nevertheless, you and the other users of the
appliance should observe the following:
• Please read these instructions carefully before
using this appliance for the rst time and keep
them for further reference.
• This product has not been designed for any
other uses than those specied in this manual.
• Before connecting the appliance to the power
source, check if the voltage indicated on the
appliance corresponds with the mains voltage
in your home. If this is not the case, contact
your dealer and do not use the appliance.
• If the appliance is grounded (protection
class I), the wall outlet and any extension to
which it is connected must also be grounded.
• During use, this appliance can generate a
signicant current demand in your electrical
circuit. Therefore, it should be connected to
a separate circuit or not used simultaneously
with other appliances to avoid overload.
• Place the appliance on a clear, at and heat-
resistant surface. Distance from the wall
should be at least 5 cm. The area above the
appliance should be kept free to allow an
unobstructed air-circulation. Never place the
appliance or power cord on hot surfaces. Nor
should the appliance be placed or operated in
the vicinity of exposed gas ames.
• Do not let the cord hang over the edge of a
table or counter. Do not let the cord touch hot
surfaces.
• Do not use the product near gas sources or
other ammable materials or objects.
• To protect from electrical hazard, do not
immerse this appliance or cordset in any
liquids.
• If the appliance or the power cord shows any
signs of damage, do not operate it! Take the
product to an authorized and qualied service
center for inspection or repair.
• Do not place ammable material (paper, cloth,
etc.) on or near the appliance.
• Make sure the appliance is switched o before
plugging in or unplugging the device.
• The use of attachments not recommended
or sold by the manufacturer may cause re,
electric shock or injury.
• This device is intended for home use only, do
not use it commercially.
• Do not use this appliance outdoors.
• Do not leave the appliance unattended while
it is operating.
• Only use non-ammable, heat-resistant
bakeware for the oven.
• The appliance becomes hot during operation.
Therefore, be careful not to touch any of the
hot parts.
• Always wear protective, insulated oven gloves
when inserting or removing objects from the
hot oven.
• Do not put oversized food in the oven as this
may cause a re.
• Unplug the appliance before moving it from
one location to another.
• Always disconnect the appliance from power
after use, before cleaning and in the event of a
malfunction.
• Do not pull directly on the power cord, rather
pull on the plug to disconnect the appliance
from the power source.
• As long as the appliance is hot, it should be
supervised, even if it is not connected to the
mains. Allow the appliance to cool down fully
before cleaning and storing it.
• Do not use sharp utensils to clean the glass of
the oven door as this may damage or break it.
• The appliance can be used by children
aged from 8 years and above and persons
with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities or lack of experience and
knowledge if they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of
the appliance in a safe way and understand
the hazards involved. Children shall not
play with the appliance. Cleaning and user
maintenance shall not be made by children
unless they are older than 8 and supervised.
Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach
of children less than 8 years.
• We are excluded of liability for all damages
that may arise if the appliance is used for
purposes other than originally intended or if it
is used inappropriately.
• Repairs and other work undertaken on
the unit must only be done by authorised
specialist personnel!

OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
Before using the oven for the rst time:
1. Make sure that the oven is unplugged and all
controls are in “OFF” position.
2. Wash all the oven accessories with mild dish
detergent rinse thoroughly with clean water.
Dry all accessories thoroughly and reassemble
in the oven.
3. After re-assembling your oven, we
recommend that you run it at MAX
temperature for approximately 15 minutes
to eliminate any packing oil that may remain
after shipping. This will also remove all traces
of odor initially present.
4. Uncoil the power cord.
5. Plug the supply cord to the convenient outlet.
Please note: First use may result in minimal
smell and smoke. This is normal and harmless; it
is due to the protective material on the heating
elements being burnt o.
USING YOUR ELECTRIC OVEN
1. Function control: The oven is equipped with a
6-position function switch:
Heating elements o
Upper and lower heating elements are
working together with convection function,
t for toast bread, muns, frozen waes, etc.
Top heating element are working together
with convection function, t for broil sh,
steak, poultry, pork chops.
Top and bottom heating elements working
together.
CHICKEN Top heating element is working
with rotisserie function.
TOAST Top and Buttom heating elements
are working together with convection and
rotisserie function, t for toast bread, muns,
frozen waes, etc..
2. Temperature control: Select the desired
temperature between 100°C and 230°C for
cooking.
3. Hot plate control:
Left burner is working, you can choose the
desired temperature for big hot plates;
Right burner is working, you can choose the
desired temperature for small hot plates
CLEANING
1. It is important that you clean the appliance
after each use to prevent an accumulation of
grease and avoid unpleasant odors.
2. Allow the appliance to cool and unplug it
from power socket before cleaning.
3. Do not immerse appliance in water or wash it
under waterspout.
4. Removable wire rack, bake pan, crumb tray
can be washed, as normal kitchenware.
5. The inner surface of the oven is galvanised, do
not use cleaning agents that are not suitable
for these surfaces.
Clean outside of appliance with a damp
sponge.
6. Do not use abrasive cleaners or sharp utensils
to clean the oven, as it may scratch it or crack
the glass.
7. Allow all parts and surfaces to dry thoroughly
before connecting and operating the oven
again.
CHANGING THE LIGHT BULB
Change a defective light bulb as follows:
1. Unplug the appliance from power and let it
cool down completely.
2. Turn the protective cover with the defective
light bulb counter-clockwise to remove it.
3. Replace the light bulb in the protective cover
and turn in clockwise.
Only use light bulbs suitable for the appliance.
