2) BEFORE USE
Wash all the accessories, wipe the main device and dry thoroughly before rst use.
Before use, place the product on hard, at, stable and dry surface.
3) USAGE
a) HOW TO USE THE BASIC SET/MAIN UNIT (Pic.2)
In order to lift the arm, rotate the head lock lever (see Pic. 2) clockwise. The head will now move upwards. (FIG.1)
1. Slide the bowl cover (2) onto main unit from below. (FIG.2)
2. Place the mixing bowl into its holding place (Step
①
) and turn the bowl clockwise until it locks (Step
②
). (FIG.3)
3. Align and lock the chosen accesssory (9-11) by inserting the top over the output shaft and turn counter clockwise until it locks into place. (FIG.4 & FIG. 5)
4. Fill in the ingredients. Do not overll the machine - the maximum quantity of ingredients is 1,5 kg or liquid up to MAX level indicated on the inner side of the mixing bowl.
5. Reposition the head by turning the head lock lever clockwise and lower (push down on) it. (FIG.6)
6. Plug the power cable into power supply.
7. When using the mixing bowl, always make sure the rear cover (6) is properly installed.
8. Turn the device on by rotating the speed knob to 1 – 10 speed setting (please see Adjusting the levels below).
9. For pulse operation (kneading at short intervals), turn and hold the speed knob in the “PULSE” position. When the speed knob is released it returns automatically to the “0” position
and device turns o.
10. When doneturn the speed knob (4) back to the “0” position and unplug the device from power supply.
11. Rotate the head lock lever (3) clockwise to raise the head.
12. The mixture can now be released with the help of a spatula and removed from the bowl.
13. The mixing bowl can now be removed (rotate counter clockwise and raise).
14. Clean the parts as described in “Cleaning” section
ADJUSTING THE LEVELS

NOTES: With heavy mixtures, do not operate the machine for more than six minutes, and then allow it to cool down for ten minutes. Never use more than 1,5 kg of mixture.
b) HOW TO USE GLASS BLENDING JAR (Pic.3)
The blender can be used for pureeing and for blending. It can be used for e.g. soups (max temperature 80 °C), sauces, milk shakes, baby food, vegetable, fruit, puree, etc. If necessary cut
solid ingredients into smaller pieces (2,5 x 2,5 cm) before you put them in the blender. The largest amount of food is 600 g and 900 g of water (together 1,5kg)
NOTES: Before use: do not plug the device in power supply until you have attached the blender jar and the jar lid in the correct way.
•
Do not ll the blender jar with ingredients that are hotter than 80°C.
•
To prevent spilling, do not put more than total of 1,5 l of ingredients in the blender jar.
•
Never remove the jar lid while the blender is operating.
•
Always install the jar lid before installing the blender jar onto the device or dismounting the blender jar from the device.
•
Do not operate the blender attachment over 3 minutes continuously.
•
After use: unplug the device from power supply before you remove the blender jar from the housing.
•
Clean the parts as described under “Cleaning” section.
ASEMBLY:
•
Remove the rear cover. (FIG.1)
•
Place the food you wish to process into the blending jar.
•
Align and press the jar lid onto the jar until rm t. (FIG.2)
•
Align and lock the blender measuring cup into the jar lid byrotating it clockwise. (FIG.3)
•
Align and lock the blending jar onto the main unit by rotating it counter clockwise until it is rmly xed. Follow OPEN/CLOSE markings on the main unit. (FIG.4)
•
Plug the device into power supply. Set the speed knob to position 8-10.
•
when done rotate the speed knob to “0” and unplug the device from power supply
•
rotate the blending jar clockwise to take out the blender jar and reposition the rear cover
TIPS:
1) You can add ingredients while the appliance is running by removing the measuring cup (12) ONLY from the jar lid.
2) It may be necessary to turn o the appliance from time to time to remove pieces of food sticking to the blending jar.
- Switch o the device and unplug it from power supply.
- Remove the jar lid.
- Use a soft spatula to remove the pieces of food sticked to the inside of the blending jar. Keep the spatula at a safe distance from the knives.
c) HOW TO USE THE MEAT & SAUSAGE SET (Pic. 1, 4, 5 and 6)

Assembling the attachment: insert the helix (16) into housing, before inserting the blade (17) – with blades faing outwards. Finaly align (its recess with housing pin) the grinding disc
(18) of your choice before srewing on the locking nut (19) on in clockwise direction until it is “hand tight”.(FIG.1)
