NOTE: Grinding discs may be stored in the pusher. Just remove its top to access them.
•
Hold the ap and pull out the front cover (FIG.2) from the main unit.
•
Align the housing’s recess with main unit’s pin, press and roate it counter clockwise to lock it (FIG.3)
•
Insert the lling tray (21) on the housing’s feeder (FIG. 4)
•
Place a bowl under the mincer’s outlet.
•
Plug the device into power supply and set the speed knob on 5-10. Put the pieces of meat on to the lling tray and into the ller neck. If necessary, push the meat with the pusher
(20). CAUTION: Do not use your ngers to push the meat!
•
After use, switch o the device and unplug it from power supply.
•
Press and hold the housing release button (8) on main unit before rotating the housing clockwise to removeit from main unit.
•
Clean the parts as described under “Cleaning”.
NOTES:
Cut the meat into pieces of about 2,5 x 2,5 x 2,5 cm.Take care that the meat does not contain any bones or sinews.
Steel grinding discs (18) require extra care to prevent them from rusting. To prevent rust on the metal grinding discs, it is recommended to wipe them until completely dry after washing and
store them covered with a light coating of oil or grease. Wash well before every usage.
Housing (15), locking nut (19), helix (16), mincing discs (18) are NOT DISHWASHER SAFE. Wash them under warm soapy water and dry them completely with a cloth.
d) HOW TO USE SAUSAGE SET (Pic. 5)
•
Insert the helix (16) (gear side rst) into the housing (15).
•
Insert the sausage disc (22) onto the helix
•
Fit the sausage tube (23) on the disc.
•
Screw the locking nut (19) on the housing in the clockwise direction.
•
Remove the front cover (7) from the main unit and follow steps from third bullet point on.
TIPS:
- You can use either natural or articial casing.
•
If you have decided for natural casing, soak them beforehand for some time in water.
•
Make a knot at the end of the casing.
•
Push the casing over the sausage adapter.
•
The sausage mass is pressed through the sausage adapter and the casing is lled.
•
Make sure that the sausage casing is lled “loosely”. Otherwise, the casing could burst as the sausage expands when cooking and or frying.
•
After the rst sausage has achieved the require length, press the sausage together at the end of the sausage adapter with your ngers.
•
Until you get necessary skills, you can switch the appliance o after each sausage section.
•
Twist the sausage once or twice around its own axis.
e) HOW TO USE KIBBE SET (Pic. 6)
- Insert the helix (16) (gear side rst) into the housing (15).
- Insert the kibbe disc (24) onto the helix
- place the kibbe shaper (25) on the disc.
- screw the locking nut (19) on the housing in the clockwise direction.
- remove the front cover (7) from the main unit and follow steps from third bullet point on.
f) HOW TO USE SLICE & GRATE SET (Pic. 1 and 7)
•
Remove the front cover (7) from the main unit.
•
Insert the selected cutter - coarse shredder (28), slicer (29) or ne shredder (30) - into the housing (27). (Pic.7: FIG.1 &2)
•
Align and attach housing onto the main unit by roatting it counter clockwise to lock it (FIG.3)
•
Place a bowl under the slicer’s outlet.
•
Plug the device into power supply and set the speed knob to 5-8. Cut the potato or other vegetable to pieces, suitable for the feeder of housing. Put the food pieces into the housing
and press slightly with pusher (26). (FIG.4)
NOTE: Never press food with ngers, use pusher.
•
After use, turn the device o and unplug it from power supply
•
Clean the parts as described under “Cleaning”.
g) DELIMANO KITCHEN ROBOT PASTA & COOKIE SET (Pic. 1, 8 and 9)
NOTE: These attachments can be used with DELIMANO KITCHEN ROBOT MEAT & SAUSAGE SET only.
HOW TO USE COOKIE SET (Pic. 8)
NOTE: Make sure the device is unplugged from power supply.
•
Insert the helix (16) (gear side rst) into the housing (15).
•
Align and place the sausage disc (22) into housing while paying attention to align its recess with the pin of the housing
•
Fit the cookie shaper holder (31) on the sausage disc.
•
Screw the locking nut (19) on the body in the clockwise direction.
•
Insert the cookie shaper (32) in cookie shaper holder from side and position it in selected cookie shape.
•
Plug the device in power supply and turn the speed knob to 5-10.
•
Feed the kneaded dough into housing’s feeder - the cookies will be extruded through the helix housing’s outlet
•
In case of the dough sticking to the inner wall of the housing, you can use meat mincer pusher to push the dough into the helix housing.
-When done turn the speed knob to “O” and unplug the device from power supply.
•
Clean the parts as described under “Cleaning”.
HOW TO USE PASTA SET (Pic. 9)
NOTE: Make sure the device is unplugged from power supply.
•
Insert the helix (16) (gear side rst) into thehousing (15).
•
Postion the selected pasta shaping disc (33) on the helix and fasten with locking nut (in clockwise direction).
•
Screw the fastening nut (19) on the housing in the clockwise direction.
•
Plug the device in power supply and rotate the speed knob to speed 5-10.
•
Feed the kneaded dough into housing’s feeder - the pasta will be extruded through the housing’s outlet
•
In case of the dough sticking to the inner wall of the housing, you can use meat mincer pusher to push the dough into the helix housing.
-When done turn the speed knob to “O” and unplug the device from power supply.
•
Clean the parts as described under “Cleaning”.
