Introduction

.

This oil container allows you to easily filter and store oil or fat after frying.

We recommend that you filter the oil or fat after each use in order to:

- ensure it stays clean and healthy longer;

- remove food particles that would otherwise burn in the oil;

- reduce unpleasant frying odours.

Important

.

◗ Let the oil or fat cool down completely (at least 4 hours) before

pouring it into the oil container.

◗ Do not turn the full oil container upside down, not even if the cap is

in place on the lid.

◗ Do not put the oil container in the microwave oven with the lid

attached.

◗ Keep the oil container out of the reach of children.

◗ Do not exceed the maximum capacity of the oil container (1.5 litres).

◗ Clean the oil container, the lid with the filter and the cap before using

them for the first time.

Using the oil container

.

Filtering and storing the oil or fat

Let the oil or fat cool down completely (at least 4 hours) before pouring

it into the oil container!

1 Remove the cap in the centre of the lid (fig. 1).

2 Carefully pour the oil or fat into the oil container through the mesh

filter in the lid (fig. 2).

3 Remove any residues that have accumulated on the filter before

storing the container.

4 Put the cap on the lid of the oil container.

5 Store the container with the oil or fat in a cool and dry place (fig. 3).

Using the oil or fat again

1 Remove the lid of the oil container.

2 If you are using oil or liquid frying fat, carefully pour the oil or liquid

fat into the inner bowl of the fryer.

3 If you are using solid frying fat, put the oil container without the lid in

the microwave oven to let the fat melt slowly. Then carefully pour

the melted fat into the inner bowl of the fryer.

Do not melt solid frying fat in the inner bowl of the fryer!

Cleaning

1 Clean the oil container, the lid with the filter and the cap in the

dishwasher or in hot water with some washing-up liquid (fig. 4).

2 Dry all parts thoroughly after cleaning them.
